The couple this ketuba was made for was very involved in outdoor activities, such as hiking and kayaking. They wanted a ketuba with lots of life in it, and lots of details. In addition to the large animals which are easy to see, there were many small insects drawn into the grass and snails in the rocks at the bottom of the water.
